1. The service
ListMotive is subscription-based automotive listing workflow software that can help users import public vehicle information, prepare listing content and photos, prepare Facebook Marketplace drafts, and track follow-up tasks. Features may change as dealership websites, browser capabilities, or third-party services change.
2. User responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing vehicle information, pricing, mileage, features, images, claims, contact information, and Marketplace content before publishing. Users must have the right to use the vehicle information and images they submit or import and must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
3. Third-party services
ListMotive interacts with services not controlled by ListMotive, including dealership websites, Chrome, and Facebook Marketplace. Those services may change their interfaces, policies, availability, or behavior without notice. ListMotive does not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every third-party website.
4. Facebook Marketplace
ListMotive prepares a draft workflow but does not perform the final Facebook Marketplace publish action. Users remain responsible for reviewing and publishing listings and for complying with Meta/Facebook policies.
5. License access
A valid ListMotive license may be required. Licenses can expire, be suspended, reactivated, replaced, or revoked according to the applicable subscription arrangement. License keys must not be publicly posted or shared in a way that enables unauthorized access.
6. Acceptable use
Users may not use ListMotive to intentionally publish deceptive vehicle information, make false financing or condition claims, violate third-party rights, distribute malware, abuse the licensing service, or circumvent security controls.
7. Availability and changes
ListMotive may be updated to address bugs, security, Chrome Web Store requirements, dealership template changes, Facebook interface changes, or new functionality. Temporary interruptions may occur.
8. Disclaimer
ListMotive is provided as a productivity tool. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees that every dealership website, image, vehicle field, plate detection, third-party form, or availability check will always be identified correctly. Users should verify the final listing.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ListMotive is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate source inventory data, third-party platform changes, user-published content, account enforcement by third-party platforms, or interruptions outside ListMotive's reasonable control.

Use of ListMotive is also governed by the ListMotive Privacy Policy.
