One workflow

Less copy-paste. More selling.

ListMotive is designed around the repetitive parts of dealership listing work without trying to replace the salesperson's judgment.

01

Inventory import

Pull vehicle details from the dealership inventory page you choose, then review and edit the fields before anything goes to Marketplace.

02

Photo workflow

Organize usable inventory photos, reduce duplicates, cap the Marketplace selection at 20, and optionally cover dealer plates.

03

Smart descriptions

Choose tone, length, and emoji style. Chrome's on-device AI can assist when available; ListMotive also includes a local fallback writer.

04

Marketplace draft prep

Prepare vehicle fields, description, and selected photos in Facebook Marketplace. The final publish action remains yours.

05

Renewal queue

After your configured interval, ListMotive surfaces posted vehicles that may need a website availability check and renewal.

06

Sold follow-up

If the inventory page appears unavailable, the vehicle stays in your queue until you mark it sold on Marketplace and click Done.

Workflow

Four steps from inventory to draft.

STEP 01

Import

Paste or capture the dealership vehicle URL and pull the available inventory data.

STEP 02

Review

Confirm vehicle details, photos, seller information, and any plate-cover choices.

STEP 03

Prepare

Create or refine a listing description, then send the reviewed package to a Marketplace vehicle draft.

STEP 04

Follow up

Track posted vehicles for renewal and sold-status cleanup instead of relying on memory.

PHOTO REVIEW

Useful automation with a human escape hatch.

When ListMotive is confident about a plate, it can propose a cover. When it is not, it is designed to ask for review instead of confidently covering the wrong part of the vehicle.

Automatic and manual plate-cover placement
Vehicle photos prioritized over promotional graphics
Marketplace photo count capped at 20
Draft information remains editable before use
WRITING + MARKETPLACE

Smart copy without making up the car.

ListMotive's writing workflow is constrained to supplied vehicle facts and salesperson instructions. It is designed to avoid unsupported equipment, financing guarantees, fake urgency, or invented condition claims.

Friendly, casual, professional, luxury, high-energy and vehicle-specific styles
Short, balanced or detailed output
On-device AI when Chrome supports it
Local fallback writer when on-device AI is unavailable

FAQ

Questions before you use it?

Does ListMotive publish the Facebook listing for me?

No. ListMotive prepares the Marketplace vehicle draft. You review the result and perform the final publish action yourself.

Does ListMotive need my Facebook password?

No. ListMotive operates in the Facebook session already signed into Chrome. It does not request or store your Facebook password.

Why does ListMotive need access to dealership websites?

Automotive salespeople work across many different dealership websites and inventory platforms. ListMotive needs website access to import the vehicle page you choose, retrieve selected images, and later check whether that original inventory URL is still available.

Is the AI description sent to an external AI provider?

ListMotive uses Chrome's on-device AI when supported by the browser. Otherwise, it uses its built-in local writer. The ListMotive licensing service does not receive your vehicle description prompt for AI processing.
